THERM+ CHP is a high quality stainless steel twin wall pre-insulated exhaust chimney specially designed for CHP appliances.
A continuously welded liner provides a pressure resistant joint for applications up to 5000 Pa, running under positive pressure
(H1) at 200°C flue gas temperature.
Therm+ CHP must be fastened using special accessories equipped with anti-vibration pads to prevent the transmission of vibrations from the chimney to the surface to which it is attached.
It is available in 8 diameters (Ø80, Ø100, Ø130, Ø150, Ø180, Ø200, Ø250 & Ø300).
>Optimisation: Specially designed system eliminates the problem of thermal bridges and allows free expansion of the internal flue liner.
> Performance: CE marked to BSEN 1856-1
> Safety: Very robust joints require brackets at only 3 metre intervals, with up to 16 metres on a base support with 3 metres free-standing capability.
> Installation: Easy to install push fit joints secured with quick action toggle clip Locking Band, the system can be repeatedly assembled and disassembled.
> Innovation: Range of specially designed components such as wall brackets, explosion-proof tees (protection against implosion and explosion), expansion joints and other.
> Engineered: Pressure tight joints up to 5000 Pa (H1). Drain traps are required for installation in high overpressure H1 applications.
All of the products offered by Cheminées Poujoulat have been rigorously tested in every configuration by the CERIC Laboratory to ensure they meet highest standards (Building Regulation Document J - Amendments to Approved Documents).
