This is why we founded in-house career progression, in order to allow our employees to grow and thus to better contribute to the successes of our activities.
 
Recruitment and formation
 
The potential and competences of employees of our company develop more each year. This enrichment rests on the one hand on recruitment in CDI of almost 200 employees since 2006 and on the other hand on the professional accompaniment to each one. Poujoulat strongly invests in the growth and education of its young employees who constitute a significant share of our last recruitment drive.
